peyote stitch patterns - Retro Floral Twig

I love old stuff. I have a house full of old stuff.
The dish towel under the just baked brown sugar pop tarts was painted with Artex paint by my great aunt or grandmother 30-40 years ago.  (I told you I like old stuff.)

When I say old stuff, I mean family treasures handed down through the generations.  The creaks of the bed remind me of my grandmother; the drop leaf table reminds me of my uncle; the dishes remind me of Mom.

My next series of peyote stitch beaded bracelet patterns - "Retro Flower" - was inspired by the dish towel in the picture.

The first in a series of three, Retro Flower Twig is available now in my Etsy store.  You can find the link Here.

Update -- #2 is posted:  Retro Flower Duo is posted; you can find the link Here.
Update -- #3 is posted:  Retro Flower Power is posted; you can find the link Here.

thank you

It is with a humble heart and great appreciation that I say THANK YOU to my first Etsy store buyer.

I look out the window every morning and say a prayer of thanks to God for the beauty I have been given to behold.  From this beauty I create my peyote stitch beaded bracelet patterns.

Thank you again, T from OH.

What a blessing to share my art...

peyote stitch pattern - Light and Shadow

I'm just not a water person.  I love the view of water from a high bridge.  I love the view at the beach, but I don't want to swim in the water. I don't want to be on a boat that floats in the water.  And, I definitely don't want to travel under the water.

But, most people in Mobile eventually find themselves in this tunnel - under the Bay.

Light and Shadow is available now in my Etsy store.  You can find the link Here.

peyote stitch pattern Beach Series - Smoke on the Water

I've now posted the final of four beach series peyote stitch beaded bracelet patterns.  The forrest fire in the state park near the beach created billows of smoke.

Though quite spectacular to see, I knew devastatin was left in the wake of the fire.

Smoke on the Water is available now in my Etsy store.  You can find the link Here.
