I have always been a hobbyist, influenced at an early age by an artistic great aunt and by both of my grandmothers. At any time, I'm probably reading hundreds of blogs and at least three books...one for fun, one about cooking, and one photography book. Through the years, I have completed numerous cross stitch pieces, hand and machine pieced quilts, and at present I am designing peyote stitch bracelet patterns.
